To activate your .name, we need your authorization
to charge your credit/debit card.
The credit/debit card you enter here is
the one you will authorize us to charge for the service fee shown
on top of this page. In rare circumstances, we may ask you for
the four last digits of this card for security purposes.
Your credit card details are stored in
encrypted form
After you submit the credit card, it is encrypted with a strong
encryption method. You will therefore not be able to see the full
credit card number on the confirmation page/email, or in your
account. You will only see the four last digits.
What is the credit card number?
The credit card number is the number appearing on the front of
your credit card. Your card must be a VISA or MASTERCARD. Most
cards are one of these types, if you are unsure of which type
your card is, there will be a logo on the front or on the back
of your card saying which type it is.
What is the expiry date?
The expiry date is shown on the front of your card. Your bank
uses this number as an additional security precaution.
The system will not accept my card, what
should I do?
If you are having trouble with the payment of your .name, please
check with your bank whether the card is still active. You can
also contact our customer service, we are always happy to be of
assistance in any way we can.
What will I billed for?
Your credit card will be billed for the amount shown on top of
the screen. If your credit card currency is not US $, the amount
charged will be converted to your local currency by your bank.

Can I pay by any other methods than creditcard?
Creditcard is currently the only payment option, but is a safe
and well established method of paying online. Your bank will have
more details about the safety of online payments by creditcard.
How are my creditcard details secured?
Our site is encrypting the submission of your card details with
a renowned encryption technique called SSL to protect your details
from being compromised. The safety icon in the bottom right of
your browser is there to show you that our site is secured.
After submission, your credit card details
are encrypted with a strong encryption algorithm, Blowfish. This
is a high grade encryption algorithm that strongly encrypts your
card details and provides very, very high protection against compromise.
